Train your awful billing staff in disability sensitivity. I’m certain they have to have some kind of sensitivity training, but then again, based on what I’ve seen, maybe not. Maybe they tell people in wheelchairs they’re just being lazy for not sprinting to their command too. Maybe teach them not to hang up on people they’re bored with or when they just want to go home (knowing the system will dump them to the after hours message). Awful staff. Truly. Top down awful.
RecommendedThey have technology others don’t. Their dr. And nurses are so well educated it’s amazing. Well run facility. Top notch care for everyone, including family!

RecommendedOur first time here..what a great experience. Everyone we came in contact with, no matter what department were amazing. With my husband having heart issues we have been to several other hospitals & NONE have been more thorough with figuring things out. They could tell by records from the other hospital what was going on & what they suggested to fix the problem. They did that procedure & my husband felt better almost immediately. Wish we would have came here years ago when this all started.

RecommendedI give Parkview staff 5 stars. I was there for 4 days and 3 nights and everyone was great. From the cleaning lady to the cafeteria person who took my order. The nurses, doctors, assistants and pt people were just outstanding. I want to list them and I hope I didn't miss any one: Emily, Sam, Becca, Megan, Mandy, Hayley, Zach, Emma and David. 5th floor last week of June.
They told me that it was “state mandated” that I get a urine drug test to be on ADD meds that I have been on for 21 years. Checked with a doctor at my job and he said that it is not state mandated as of now. So basically I was lied to for $200.
