TERRIBLE FACILITY . If you have a Service Animal to assist you with your disabilities, take your service to Lutheran Hospital. Parkview does nothing but discriminate and harass service animal handlers. Under ADA there is NO registry for a service animal. It is a FEDERAL CRIME to harass someone with a service animal. Tried to educate them and they CALLED THE POLICE.

By showing some integrity in your claim of non-profit status. By adjusting billing so that it doesn't draw the attention of the entire country. By re-evaluating the intentions of the players that sit on your board of directors. By discontinuing the monopoly that you've created within the city that limits city workers and public school employees to Parkview within their network. And last but certainly not least, by not being so big and $$ focused that the doctors and care providers within your systems don't have a clue in reg... read more

SERIOUSLY NEED MORE STAFF!! Waiting 20mins to an hour for a call light to be answered. 2 hours late on meds. Found out they have a PPD. So when they have to call in an outside traveling nurse they cut 2to3 techs and send them home because they have to pay more for the traveling nurse and only pay out so much per day. Guess it’s not about the patients here!!

Train your awful billing staff in disability sensitivity. I’m certain they have to have some kind of sensitivity training, but then again, based on what I’ve seen, maybe not. Maybe they tell people in wheelchairs they’re just being lazy for not sprinting to their command too. Maybe teach them not to hang up on people they’re bored with or when they just want to go home (knowing the system will dump them to the after hours message). Awful staff. Truly. Top down awful.
