Had to have an x-ray of my lower back, they charged $836. I will not ever use their services again, better shop around for lab work and radiology services!!!

My experience in labor and delivery was horrible. No mother should have to deliver her baby with one nurse in the room. The fact that my son was born onto the bed and took the nurse what seemed like forever to finish putting on her gloves before attending my child was awful. They didn't check me from 8pm till 4:08 am when my son was born. This happened almost a year ago and I still have nightmares about what could have gone wrong. Took my husband to the emergency for what we thought was the flu but it turned out to be pneumonia. Only sat in waiting for room for not even 10 minutes. Went back and nurse was there right away. Dr came in shortly after that. Test were ran and results came back so fast that within 90 minutes of walking through the door he was admitted and in his room. The entire staff has been amazing not only to my husband but to me as well. Thank you so much from talking such wonderful care of my husband.
We always receive excellent care and friendly staff at Parkview, but the cost for services is outrageous. You can save a LOT of money by using Lab Corp or Quest Diagnostics for lab work and other independent providers for radiology ( CT and MRI). The cost multiplier has been between 5X and 10X for us to use Parkview labs and radiology in 2018. We will not return to Parkview for these services in the future.
