I had surgery done this past Wednesday and i can't say enough about how i was treated or how they also made sure my mom who drove me to the procedure and took care of my 5wk were also taking care of. I have nothing but postive things to say about parkview as they also took good care of my six year old back in july when we had a nasty scare two weeks after she had surgery and needed a spot fixed so she quit bleeding into her stomach. The nurses go above and beyond what they need too.
I went blind and went to Parkview Regional Medical Center (the new one). It was over a long weekend. Going blind is serious, I had no choice, but to go to the ER. So, while I literally am going blind, the first thing they had me do was a drug test, seriously? I was SO sick, I'm highly educated, I don't do drugs, I needed help--desperately. My son injured his neck on 9/10/2017 & we decided to take him to Parkview just to make sure he was ok since it was dealing with the neck. The experience at the hospital was quite smooth and staff was great actually. We were in and out in less than 1 hr & 45 min. Our son was diagnosed as simply having a severe neck sprain. The disappointment came when we received a bill for $4,686.94 two weeks later. Never saw the Dr during overnight observation, had to send someone out to get food and got absolutely no sleep cause of incompetence. Couldn't pay me to go back
