RecommendedOur first time here..what a great experience. Everyone we came in contact with, no matter what department were amazing. With my husband having heart issues we have been to several other hospitals & NONE have been more thorough with figuring things out. They could tell by records from the other hospital what was going on & what they suggested to fix the problem. They did that procedure & my husband felt better almost immediately. Wish we would have came here years ago when this all started.
They told me that it was “state mandated” that I get a urine drug test to be on ADD meds that I have been on for 21 years. Checked with a doctor at my job and he said that it is not state mandated as of now. So basically I was lied to for $200.

Dr. Fawver (Mind, Body, Medicine) is the best thing to ever happen to me. He is nationally recognized and even has his own show on PBS because of how good he is. That office goes above and beyond and are intensely thorough. I HIGHLY recommend April as a nurse practitioner! I also LOVE my family doctor, Dr. Kunberger and OBGYN, Victoria Fox! Everyone cares about me and I feel like I’m more than just a paycheck for them. So grateful!
I was once such a cheerleader of Parkview, and proud that we had such a progressive healthcare organization in our community. We absolutely love our Dr. through Parkview, but my experience with the Billing Department has been abysmal. The representative I spoke with had absolutely no empathy, compassion or even respect for me as a mother who is concerned about healthcare for her daughter, or as a patient myself. We have always gone to DuPont or Lutheran but went to Parkview for an issue with my wife that two other ERs had failed to remedy. Absolutely every person we came into contact with was friendly, helpful, and compassionate - and it was July 4th when we were in. The Parkview Team was quick to schedule the surgery the same day with a specialist. Handoff between ER and surgery and surgery and recovery was flawless and well communicated. I highly recommend PRMC. I'm a 13 year old girl who had to go into the ER at around 6:30 in the morning last Wednesday. I came in with abdominal pain, and right away everyone started treating me very nicely. Even the guy who checked us into the ER. My ER nurse Bailey was really nice. She took really good care of me. What’s the point of having a family physician if you can never get an appointment to see them? The covering NP won’t write a prescription, again what’s the point? The phone nurse had a terrible attitude, no concern, or compassion. I’d give negative stars if I could.
