Do not use parkview health if you care about your health. I wish I had the $100 s of thousands i have wasted back.
Continue to be disappointed by the customer service and feeling like an animal and not an individual. Ironically I receive better customer service at Veterinarian offices.

I recently had to stay on the second floor ICU heart Institute and the staff here is outstanding they totally treat you like a family member and they totally care of your well-being and this is the best treatment I have ever had at any hospital stay absolutely everyone on this floor from housekeeping to nutrition ,all the doctors ,the nurses’ the technicians ,and Dr Green Lee‘s team this outstanding treatment and a very caring group of people
The Hospital advised me to contact Nurse P. Emily, Megan and Bobbie Joe at 260-373-7588. Rhonda Jones at 260-373-6336 ,Sarah Altizer 260-373-7514. They are the Worse Staff for Patients and their Families.
Parkview is amazing at doing absolutely nothing to help you on your time of distress. I’ve had complications with my heart for years now along with other health issues. When we first found out I had Wolff-Parkinson’s White Syndrome, they did an echocardiogram. Few years later of still having heart issues, I went to the Mayo Clinic where the same echocardiogram was performed just in case something was missed in the past. Parkview health I don’t know .... Terrible hospice company , I don’t know how they sleep well at night knowing they walk people up To deaths door instead of focusing on quality of life. Nurses were rude and talked to the family anyway they wanted. So much more ... God help them dealing with families , they (hospice) need educated.
Parkview Health is a non-for-profit, community based health system that has no problem bankrupting families. 👏 12 months to pay off my $10,000 deductible. That’s only $833.33 a month. Sure, let me get right on that. Just FYI for those who are wondering... Lutheran Health gives you 36 months interest free to pay your debt...
