I was prescribed medicine in the ER for a serious medical issue at Randallia on State. They called me after my tests came back and said they would fill my prescription at my local pharmacy. It was never filled. I called them, got put on hold for 30 minutes and no one ever got to me. I called again a day later, got put on hold and then they said "Can we have someone call you later?" with my suspicion no one will call me. I am sick of this. I just want my meds so I can start treating my issues.
Recommendedlove the hospital staff but the billing department sucks. i have had problems with my insurance(which is good,) because of coding. when you call the billing department they tell you they will take care of it but they don't. so I end up paying out of my pocket when my insurance would pay but coded wrong. The hospital gives great service but the billing department just tells you whatever to get you off the phone and then does nothing

The ER was inundated with a crazy amount of patients tonight when I took my daughter. I was dreading an exceptional wait. However, the ER staff were on point. They did a great job!! Parkview is the only healthcare system in this area I trust with my family's care.
why was transferred from Lutheran Network in Decatur Indiana to Parkview North in Fort Wayne where I got professional care I cannot say that about Lutheran but I really appreciate Parkview Hospital

They have a monopoly in this area and they know it and they charge accordingly. How on earth can a "non profit" entity make such huge profits?And they pay no income taxes. Here's an idea, lower your prices so people can afford health care and stop giving away millions to get your name on various places...
