I have good insurance, Not behind on bills, and low maintenance. Why is it every time I try to get even an appointment or a Rx refill I’m left almost in tears of frustration? I have to make 5 phone calls to get an appointment and then things still aren’t right!

My mom sees Emily Miller NP across from the YMCA. Emily is simply amazing:) I worked with her when she was at Bluffton. My mom has followed her from Bluffton to PPG. She puts her heart and soul into each pt. She is a true asset wherever she goes!!
I have been going to Dr David Reinhard for 15 years . He is the best Dr . I drive 45 mins to see him . But they started a call center and I hate it you can not call the office anymore and talk to the nurses in his office. Every time you call you have to go through 15 hoops. I am very disappointed in the service you get these days from the call center no personalization to it at all. need to be able to call your doctor's office and talk to the people in their office not random nurses. Very upsetting to me and my family.
I cannot express how great my experience was. I had foot surgery with Dr. Lyons (podiatrist) on 9/14. My experience was amazing. From checking in to prep to surgery & checking out. The entire staff, nurses, surgery team & especially Dr. Lyons were amazing. I felt very comfortable & very well taken care of. They went above & beyond for me & my family that were there. I cannot thank them enough.

Hopefully there will be enough complaints and evidence to shut them down..... Shame for shame... y’all should go cause yourselves a slow misserrable death.!!! 🤬😡
Best nurses-they treat you like family. Doctors are empathetic and knowledgeable. Appointments are on time as scheduled and sometimes even early. Wouldn’t want to go to any other hospital for care. #parkviewcancerinstitute thank you!!
