I’d give zero stars if I could. No point trying to ring as you are constantly stuck in a queue. Does anyone ever answer it? The cleaner perhaps?? Maybe Lord Lucan or Shergar works there 🤷🏼♂️

It makes total sense why the ratings are what they are. I just spoke to a woman about my bursitis. I have already taken my antibiotics, but unfortunately, the swelling or pain hasn't really decreased. When I called for advice, she had none to offer and told me I would need to call back tomorrow at 8 to make an appointment. She didn't give me the option of a callback or having a doctor return my call to provide some guidance. Her attitude was rude, and she showed no sympathy at all.
