Very rude receptionist. Talking so fast and talking over me and very blunt. Father in law has dementia and no care at all in what I was saying about his tablets. I rang because he had not many and I knew it was after 3pm but to not even take his dementia into consideration and telling me to go on the app was no good for me. A disregard for a patient and the receptionist was not caring at all. Finally she did this for me but did say that a note would be added onto his records that they wouldn't allow it again. I’d give zero stars if I could. No point trying to ring as you are constantly stuck in a queue. Does anyone ever answer it? The cleaner perhaps?? Maybe Lord Lucan or Shergar works there 🤷🏼♂️
