Amazing home. Kind, caring staff. Lovely and clean, beautiful grounds. Loads of activities. It’s wonderful. Granddad is very happy here
Parkside is a warm and welcoming place where all of the staff are very kind And thoughtful. It's kept to a very high standard.
Waited 6 months for a place as was impressed with the home... My mum admitted and within days received 'phone calls saying 'it's not working, she's too strong a character', 'we can't handle her' and 'I don't know of any home that would take her'!!!! She has mild/ moderate dementia and is taking donepezil unbelievable really... I wouldn't bother unless you parent/ relative has v mild dementia...
Nan is happy here. All the staff are lovely
