After my wife and I visited 6 dealership in 6 dealerships in Franklin, 4 that didn't even have salespeople smart enough to come outside and help us, I called Tommy the parts guru at Parks and asked him if I could get good customer service from his staff. He did not disappoint!! Bryan Cagle was super cool, laid back and made a stressful day for my wife's birthday amazing!! Thanks again Tommy and Bryan for a great car buying experience. The sales and business manager were great too but those guys never get credit!

I bought my very first car from parks, safe to say everybody was super nice and Im in love with my 2009 Pontiac g6! That only had 63,000 miles on it when I bought it and still runs beautifully! Highly recommend parks, and definitely will be back when I'm ready for a new car!
