I absolutely LOVE this place!!!! I walked in to make an appointment to have the oil changed in my car.... I was able to get right in!!! They have treated me well here!!! What ever I have needed done it was taken care of on first visit. Everyone is so professional , friendly and they have ALWAYS made me feel welcomed. Keep up the GREAT WORK!!! I give ALL staff a �!!!

Had my oil changed yesterday at Parks ...... Friendly staff, had popcorn, a coke, and was done before I knew it !!
Was looking for a truck and Mitch and Robert made my experience great. They put me in a 2017 GMC 1500 and its just what I wanted. I would recommend anyone looking for a truck to go to Parks Motors and they will give you a deal you cant pass up!!! Great people, great product, great price!!!! Thanks and we'll see ya soon!

A big THANK YOU to Parks Service department! I had a major problem with my 2011 Equinox engine overheating. Two other places in Columbia were substantially less than helpful. One "found no problem" and the other scheduled an appt for 10 days later. But one call to Parks service department and the manager knew EXACTLY what the problem was and he scheduled my vehicle in that SAME day.
