I was there for a recall on my vehicle. I expected to be there at least an hour for the maintenance on the recall. My wait time was 15 minutes ! Customer service is impeccable at Parks Motor Sales ! I love my vehicle and got a great deal on it !

Jim Gray did an awesome job of getting me and my wife in a new vehicle at my budget and a mutually fair value on my trade in. He was not pushy through the process and allowed me time to do my due diligence with other vehicles I was considering from other dealers and manufacturers.
