when i told friends and family that i had decided to rent a property off Parkmans the majority of them warned me that they had heard horror stories and that they were unhelpful etc.. I can honestly say they were fabulous with me! the application to moving in process was realtivlety straight forward and fast. any issues within the property we had they resolved promptly and once vacated bond was returned in full no to-ing or fro-ing! the only bad point i could say is that the property was empty for a while before i moved in an... read more
Great rental specialists and good experience as a tenant.
Would recommend 1000%. Had my house on the market with another agent for 4 months during the busy summer period and only had 2 viewings... was completely disillusioned. Claire and Erin at Parkmans were recommended to me and although they were not in the same town, I had hit a low point and accepted. They reassured me and took new photos and re-listed...
