Helpful staff and good quality service. Doctors and nurses caring and knowledgeable.
I called them regarding a worsening cold and the receptionist was purely rude, she kept interrupting me while I was actually describing her the symptoms, and all of a sudden the call was hanged. I have a very good network reception where I live so it wasn't the reason. Need to change my GP ASAP
We have been Parklands.for 6 months after being dissatisfied with another Rushden practice. Parklands staff on reception 5⭐s Nursing staff 5⭐s Doctors 5 ⭐s. KEEP UP YOUR GREAT WORK EVERYONE 👍
Made an appointment today at 12pm but the receptionist hadnt booked it. Waisted time leaving work to arrive to be told I didn't have an appointment. They couldn't help me with another appointment. Not happy!!!
