don’t bother with this agency as they do not communicate with you in a professional manner, when there’s issues with the flat they do not attend the issue and then proceed to blame you at a later date even though we told them as soon as anything happened. When talking to one of the agents they were extremely rude by calling me names eg childish when i was just trying to make a simple complaint about something that could so easily be resolved, also we reported a leak they did nothing, issues with boiler go dealer with it by y... read more
I have been with Parkinson's for 3 years now. They have been a great partnership, supported by a brilliant and attentive landlord. They treat me with respect and I return the courtesy. Whenever any issues arise these are responded to quickly and always resolved. As a tenant, I have no problem in recommending them.
Absolutely terrible agency would stay away, won’t fix any problems you have, you will have Ena be rude to you and call you names on phone and emails, will take your deposit to even when the entire place is spotless and point out a window that was mouldy when moving in, and then will keep saying they will send a invoice, but wait it’s now been over 3 months since we heard anything and still no invoice, extremely unprofessional also had a leek in the property no one ever did anything about it honestly so many better agencies i... read more
