Could not recommend this company as they are now. We happily used them in the past for all our flooring requirements. We noticed a stain on the new expensive landing carpet within 2 hours of fitting which had nothing to do with us. We reported this immediately to the company. It was looked at within 2 days by the manager and was not damp to the touch.Throughout the ongoing saga our integrity was called into question. We have had a fantastic 'whole house'recarpetting completed by CHRIS AND MATT,the 'A' tram They were Professional Awash with expertise Charming. The house looks amazing.They we're soooo.....careful with contents and put everything back beautifully. Thoroughly recommend. Big up,the boys
Can't recommend Denis Parkinson carpets highly enough. From initial consultation through to the carpet being fitted. The fitter was courteous and very professional and made every effort to ensure the carpet was laid perfectly. The work was carried out promptly and to our convenience. The price which included fitting was very reasonable. Highly recommended.
Denis Parkinson Carpets deserve all the Gold Stars - Top of the Class! Polite, patient, accommodating, knowledgeable, efficient, considerate... and that's all before they come to lay the carpet. And when they did it was laid superbly. I've used other companies before, but the job they've done this time was so good I felt compelled to ask if I could leave a review anywhere so other people might know how good they are too. A truly Excellent company, don't hesitate to go to them!
