I was directed by my Satnav to the EV charging points of the Holiday Inn Rugby. Poor insufficient lighting meant at night meant the parking t & c's were not remotely visible which resulted in a £100 parking fine from parkingeye for a 20 minute EV charge. Greedy and money grabbing!
Execretory company whose wrong action chasing an elderly person for a ticket she didn’t owe resulted in her ending up in hospital - shame on you Parkingeye! You should be shut down!
It's a shame for the people who work here who are just doing what they're told, but this part of humanity sucks. No effort to even look into CCTV of the hotel where the car park is for, to prove I was there and not just parking there then not using the hotel.
