Good afternoon. I arrived today 1 am I called to pick me up at Terminal 1 on the car park, the person said to me I'm late one day and I need to pay extra day £15 pounds. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY so we went away for 10 days paid for a meet and greet arrived back at Manchester airport rang the company giving them the 30 mins time like asked too to then having to ring 3 more times to be told they will be atleast 15 mins to then another 5 mins and then less than 5 mins in total waited in the so called meet and greet car park for around 1hour 15mins over time to then see that my car was damaged and even missing the reg plate on the back asked where my plate was to be told that it’s hot so it has m... read more
Absolutely SHOCKING service! Do not use just your save money! Took 50 mind a for them to fetch our car from letting them know we was through nothing to declare! AVOID terrible company got parking the worse one I have ever ever used!!!
They damaged my car and the staff member ran away when I called the police – absolutely disgraceful! Review: I used this company for parking at Gatwick North Terminal (June 7–15, 2025). When I returned to collect my car, I immediately noticed that the side mirror was completely smashed, with visible internal damage and exposed wires.
