What a fantastic caring team at Parkhouse. I was greeted at the door by a lovely lady called Carol who quickly took care of my requests.
I have been working at parkhouse grange for a little over a year now. It was my first job in any type of care environment so when I started I was terrified to say the least. From the start I was supported by not only management but all the other care staff too. They showed me how to provide quality care for the residents with adequate and patience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff who were genuinely warm and welcoming.
