I would strongly advise against using this property agency. Their aggressive and dismissive attitude made every interaction stressful and unpleasant. It took them over six months to address basic issues with the property, despite repeated follow-ups. Every delay was met with a new excuse, showing a complete lack of accountability. Extremely Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend I had a deeply frustrating experience with Parkheath estate agency in West Hampstead.
