Great letting agency found us what we needed right away made everything easy for us to get the the house we wanted , friendly staff and very helpful would highly recommend!
Sadly a frustrating experience renting with these. We were moved to them following the closure of our previous letting agency, and the difference was stark and not in a good way; - from poor communication (ignored emails & constantly having to chase for updates on ourstanding issues!); - ignored or slow to resolve maintenance issues (at the end of our tenancy, we still had 2 open issues 4 months after reporting them through their online system, with no acknowledgement it was in hand); - and no proactivity without you first i... read more

I've been renting through Parkers Lettings since 2017, eight years now. Contrary to other agencies who are only landlord focused, Parkers cares for its tenants.
