We rented from Parkers for roughly 2.5 years in Totton. If we'd not have moved to Wales to purchase our first home we would have happily stayed tenants with Parkers. Richard, Oliver, and Katherine offer a straightforward service to tenants and landlords that provides people with comfortable, safe, and reliable homes. Great estate agent. I was sorry to see them go when I moved out. I lived in one of their properties for nearly five years and had all of my needs attended to. No complaints.
I would highly recommend Richard and Oliver. They took on my block of 5 brand new flats and secured tenants within 4 weeks. The tenants are reliable and take care of my property. They are prompt at replying to emails and quickly respond to tenant issues. I would use them to manage my future properties.
