Very happy with my Toyota Camry I purchased from Parker back in June, went in yesterday for my first oil change, it went smoothly, however I was disappointed when they told me all of my filters would need changed at the next service. I get it, those things get dirty...but my salesman when I bought the car told me they do a huge inspection when they get a car in and before they sell it so I'm dissapointed to know that they couldn't do something as simple as a few filters. We were here three years ago for our last car - a new Corolla. We walked away satisfied, with a new car, and a great appreciation of Parker Toyota's service and staff. So when that car ended up totalled, we knew where to go. Came in late on a Friday and didn't feel rushed, got to look at several options. I bought my car from Sean Jackson and the entire experience was flawless and painless. I love my new 2016 rav and have enjoyed working with the sales staff and the service staff.
The old bait and switch. Spent about 6 hours over 2 days. They got me to come in 2 more times to deal on a used Prius. In the end, after it went to finance at my credit union we discovered that the NADA that we'd been using was actually for a different model - about $1600 difference. Then it was discovered that they "misquoted" (wink wink) us on what were going to be dealer installed seat covers.
