Very poor service. I bought a 2006 Mazda rx8 and I had to get a whole new engine put in my car because they didn't know what they were doing and they ruined my engine and denied they caused it. I also took it in to them the 2nd week I had it with problems and they said nothing was wrong then I ended up spending even more money replacing parts. The sales team tried keeping my keys from me and tried making me trade it in after telling them multiple times that I didn't want to. I will never recommend this place to other people.
We have received 2 cars from Salesman Derek Williams. Each transaction has been extremely easy- he finds out what our needs are, finds our car and then we sign the papers and DONE! So easy, no hassles. In and out. Thank you Derek. We will be buying from you every time and every couple of years!!!!!
I haven't bought a vehicle from a dealer in many (!!!) years..... Gary Bower was friendly and made the experience of buying the FJ most enjoyable. Earlier in the day, when I was unable to reach a sales associate, I chatted online with Tim Carr to check availability - a great feature on your website!
