Sales team is the most amazing that I've ever dealt with and bent over backwards for me, but the parts and service dept. is a joke. If you tel someone something's gonna be done a certain time it should be. I missed my sons basketball game because of their horrible service and lies. Something I can't replace. If their service and parts dept was half as good as sales this place would be amazing
I had an excellent experience at Parker Toyota today. I arrived at 3:30 with a greeting from Alan Sandlin and left the building within 3 hours later with the exact vehicle I was looking for! I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience. I highly recommend Alan Sandlin and the team at Parker Toyota. This was not my first purchase there and it won't be my last. We came in on a Monday and spoke with Big T about an Inferno orange 2016 Toyota Tacoma. By Sunday we decided to call the dealership up and see if the pickup was still available. They said yes so my husband said we're on our way from Potlatch to pick it up. Upon arriving at the dealership they had it washed and ready to go. Recently purchased a new car from my car guy Ernie Erickson and the process was excellent! Didn't know much about the Toyota Avalon and was surprised that Toyota had such a premium vehicle. Ernie did a great job answering all of my questions and fought hard to keep the numbers where I wanted them. Will definitely be back...Thanks Ernie, excellent work!
