Not happy. We were supposed to get certain safety equipment later that was not in the vehicle upon purchase but never did. We were sold an extended warranty that is a joke. The service department is a ripoff. We were having electrical problems and told it was a headlight. After $300 in repairs ( that was not the issue) we had to take the car somewhere else to get repaired.
After having been a loyal customer for over 25 years, my recent experience purchasing new tires (a seemingly benign action) has led me to believe Parker Toyota is incapable of properly installing tires. After taking my car in again for the situation to be corrected, I will be taking my vehicle to Discount Tires tomorrow. This after picking my car up yesterday for the third time in as many weeks to immediately discover the low tire pressure sensor is STILL on before driving it off the lot. Utterly Horrible experience! How do these salespeople sleep at nigh ? A total salesperson/paper suffle until your completely confused! They offer an alluring come on offer to get you into the dealership only to find out VERY few qualifiy or leave OUT vital information. The absolute WORST!
Love it...product...service...own a 1998 Landcruiser. Great vehicle.
