I'm from out of town. I was having trouble with an electrical connection on my vehicle. I worked with Tom Dunn Assistant Service Manager. He was very forthright and honest. He explained all of the possible reasons for the needed repair as well as costs involved. The repair ended up being minimal and the part ordered was not needed. Tom and the crew were easy to work with and I had an overall good experience. Thank you, Parker Toyota!
Frustrated with this place. Buy a $25000 truck and get misled by the warranty.. way to do business!
Bought my Tacoma from these guys in 2015. Easy to work with and the service department is always Johnny on the spot. Even after making a mistake, they owned up and made it right in a timely manner. Something you don't see nowadays (especially from those in the car business). Kudos to you, Parker.
Parker Toyota will take advantage of young people or first car purchasers and get them in over their head. Whatever they can do to get another car out the door. Unprofessional and wouldn't recommend anyone go here.
