I have had the absolute best experience with them! Bought my car a year and a half ago and the process was so easy! On the second car I found the exact one I wanted and I have been so happy that car has given me no issues at all! We bought my 2016 Toyota Highlander there last year and had them install an expensive DVD player system. For some reason it broke this week and when we took it in they replaced it for free. They said “that’s what we do for our customers”. I’m definitely a loyal customer now. #parkertoyotafan

Alan Sandlin was very patient and helpful while we test drove a Rav4 and Highlanders. He was not pushy and worked with us to get the Highlander we were interested in. The whole process was very simple and did not take long to get through the finance department. Alan showed us around the facility so we'd know were to bring our new vehicle for service.
