We leased a 4Runner from Parker last year and shortly after found out we were pregnant. Since having our baby girl we realized that the 4Runner did not meet the needs for our family. I've been a loyal Parker Toyota service customer for about 10 years. Recently I found out they weren't providing the full services that I requested and they lead me to believe that I was receiving and paying for.
