DONT PARK HERE! Parked here for 45mins and read the signs which all say youre allowed 2 hours. There was no sign saying you had to pay for the 2 hours and me and my partner even walked around the outdoor car park and couldn't see any pay machines so assumed it was 2 hours free. 2 weeks later, I've received a PCN.
