App doesn’t work. SMS don’t come. Once you pay, good luck with getting in and out. Call customer care and spend both time and energy on long waiting times. It says “stress-free parking” as their brand slogan but it’s actually “stress-full parking”!!
Easy to get to and find. No problems getting shutter to open when entering and leaving. But watch out you don’t get any connection inside I just had enough. Very secure and safe security walks about and cameras everywhere will use again thanks
I usually use the Just Park app to book my parking spaces. However, after reading all the negative reviews regarding this particular car park, I realised that the biggest problem that people had was getting in and out of the car park and the extremely unhelpful security staff. Many people also mentioned that the Just Park team were unable to provide much support because the spaces are managed by Park Bee. Fully automated parking. You can operate the exit and entrance doors thru ur app if u have valid parking permit. My 3 network had poor coverage inside so had data issues. Got stuck for a while. Then had to walk to the exit door to get signal. Then I could operate the exit door thru my app. No WiFi inside parking.
