I recently used parking at ParkBee Hotel Casa Amsterdam, and overall it was a very convenient experience. The location is easy to find, and having a guaranteed parking spot in a busy area like Amsterdam made my visit much less stressful.
Great lobby
Hele fijne parkeergarage. Let wel, hele stijle helling. Dus als je een auto hebt die niet zo krachtig is kan je wel wat moeite hebben met eruit rijden, helaas dit mogen ervaren. Maar ParkBee heeft een hele fijne klantenservice, om 22u gebeld en ze namen gelijk op om te helpen. Tip: flink gas geven als de paal en deur open zijn. Dan kom je er wel. Anders sta je mss vast tussen die twee.
App doesn’t work
We bought a 5 hour parking permit. When we left the vending machine didn't read it and customer service wasn't very helpful, we stayed inside for almost 40 minutes.
