Stayed there for 3 weeks , could be a bit cleaner.... Great staff , I was happy with the food as well overall not bad.
This was a terrible place. I was admitted to this ward in 2014 and was the first hospital over a five year admission; an admission that I sincerely felt would’ve been shorter if the care had’ve been better. I vividly remember staff members egging patients on to fight each other, being secluded unnecessarily and the lack of compassion from staff. This is the worst mental health services I have used. In 2021 and 2022 I had a major relapses it was hard on me . In October 2022 I had a relapse on the street and I got Assaulted. The police came and I got arrested. while in the Police cell they ask me if they should contact the mental health service. Park royal mental health services didn't care. In 2022 I went to see a psychiatrist for medical review and I told them that my condition had improved. It had only improved for like 2 weeks. The psychiatrist made me fill in a review form , then I was taken off the mental health services for 1.5 years. I didn't hear from them and no medical review for 1.5 years. I felt deserted and felt they didn't care. It was only with the help of my GP when I got referred back to them.
