Really not nice place. The Doctors are amazing when you finally get to see them. Literally just got off the phone to the receptionist and i want to cry. Awful support team
Had to go to the walking centre one Sun over a wk ago about my knee. They referred me back to my doctors for an xray. I've tried repeatedly to call but not got through the one time I spoke to someone she asked me to call back at 8am the next Morning which I did on hold for 1hr couldn't wait any longer as I had another appointment. Tried again this Morn after 30ins on hold I was disconnected. I think it's disgusting that a 68 Yr old woman that doesn't go to the doctors very often or at all can't even get to speak to a doctor ... read more
An absolutely disgraceful and deeply negligent surgery.Avoid unnecessary potential damage and find another surgery.These ‘so called’ doctors don’t bother to do referrals,even when they have said they WILL.They wont always do basic medical investigations at the point of contact.I know too many people who have been SERIOUSLY sick one from cancer that they didn’t pick up on.But instead were dismissed and sent home time and time again with a reprimand for continuing to bother doctors with nothing more than heartburn and indigest... read more
Been with this doctors over 30 years and it has got worse and worse and worse . Appalling staff . Appalling service . Nothing good to say about it . Would give less stars if I could .
