I can not express how grateful I am to both Blake Cooper and Chris Brunner for the best car buying experience I have ever encountered. Not only was it a no pressure sales environment, I did not sit around for hours with back and forth between the sales person and finance. The transaction was handled quickly and I dealt directly with the individuals closing the sale. Not to mention that the Park Place dealerships are a one of a kind atmosphere, taking my car in for regular maintenance will be a pleasure.
My wife and I really enjoy driving our Lexuses. We have done business with this dealership since 1993. This WAS a great business. After getting big, the service department has gone down hill. It truly is sad to give one star.
I bought my 2017 Lexus NX turbo from Jason on February 25th. Had a appointment which I recommend for a Saturday. Jason was professional and very knowledgeable. Great customer service!
Billy Clark was very helpful and courteous. I love my new car! The only negative thing I have to say is it took about 4 hours, I had already narrowed it down to 2 vehicles by the time I got there and already had my financing in order through my personal bank. Not sure why it took so long but it was still great!
We just bought our third car from Park Place and we are more than happy with their service and salespeople. When we are here, it feels like our car dealership home!
I was actually there, because they were hosting the Dallas STARS Foundation party in their building that evening. And I Thank them for giving back the community in such a way.
No very happy with service Dept. Very disappointed. Service dept never called back my service tech was not informed that I called several times. People that answered the phone didn't know price for estimate. No one called back for days I called back and it seemed nobody cared or even knew that I had called several times.
Service was above and beyond, thank you! My battery went dead 20 mins before closing time on Saturday. Received a loaner and they cleaned my car inside and out! Thank you for making me feel special. Love my Lexus! 💜
