I had a wonderful experience with the purchase of my new RX350. I wanted a Black interior and they ordered it for me then delivered it to my job. It was the easiest process I have ever experienced purchasing a vehicle.

Park Place Lexus always goes above and beyond! 👍🏻 I bought a new iPhone and my phone was ringing through my Bluetooth in my car but my text weren't coming through. I asked the guy at the tech desk if it was a setting on my phone. He looked and said it didn't download correctly on my phone. I asked if I needed to set up an appointment? He said no I have a few minutes. I can correct it. He immediately went out to my car and it took him a few times to correct it. I have been purchasing cars from the park place families of businesses for 15 years and have never had a bad experience until today. I inquired with their internet department about a new RX. The entire process has been a bad experience up to and including the call from the Internet manager. Long and short I won't be doing future business with these dealerships. Loyalty means absolutely nothing to them.
I've purchased two Lexus ES model cars from Park Place Lexus and each time the purchase was flawless!! (The last purchase being just recently.) My Salesperson, Roger Burton, is the consummate professional and I'll definitely refer him to friends & family!! I won't purchase a car anywhere else but Park Place Lexus in Plano!!
