Last weekend I was in Plano from Houston for work, I had a very inconvenient blowout Wednesday night. I had my car towed to park place Lexus Thursday morning and Cody Ball took great care of me giving me a plethora of options. Thank you guys in service for doing such a great job.

We love Park Place Lexus as we made our second purchase there this past weekend! Although it's a 5 hour drive for us, it's worth the trip for sure! I went to Park Place Lexus in Plano last Saturday because I had trouble getting the back bolts off to put on my plates I just received. I bought my car at a Toyota Dealership which was over an hour away so I went to Park Place Lexus Plano to see if they could help me. Unfortunately it was a bigger problem than expected but they took my car into the shop and fixed it at no charge.
