I had a great experience with Sean McClowry. Upon first arrival, I was amazed. I've never visited a Park Place dealership before so my first impression was outstanding. (Very beautiful dealership) I went on a test drive in a 2016 Lexus ES300H with Sean & was definitely sold. I will be back in February to purchase an ES. It was an amazing ride and I'm impressed by the quality and service of this dealership and the Lexus brand.
I recently purchased an NX200t with the help from Billy. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Billy was so helpful and made the entire process easy. I will definitely be back in the future.
I love Lexus they have the best customer service. Rebecca took good care of us, informed us of a recall and answered all our questions. This is my 3rd Lexus and they have always been very professional. I have been to different Lexus dealerships, California, Utah and now Dallas and Plano and they've all have been above board. They are the Nordstroms of dealerships.
