I discovered PPLP's website and found my dream RX 350 on it early Friday evening. Tony Acosta answered my inquiry immediately. I drove to the dealership overnight, and Tony and the car were waiting for me when I arrived in the morning. He showed me every feature on the car and more options on the lot. The best part: the sales team at PPLP is responsible for all the financing, too, so I got to work with Tony throughout the entire transaction.
We absolutely love Park Place in Plano. We just purchased a new RX 350 and our experience was fantastic. Kelli Hansen was our sales rep and she did a fabulous job of finding the right model for us. We also use their service department exclusively on our vehicle. They are honest and always available for a consult.

What an experience! Zane took excellent care of us and even came in on his day off in the evening to make it happen. And wow what a great price. The dealership in Grapevine would have charged me $250 more per month for our lease. Really happy with the service we received and continue to receive.
