Everyone from Omar in the Service department to Darren Smith in the Certified Preowned vehicle sales group made the entire process pleasurable and simple. All questions answered, no surprises and my ”new” car runs beautifully. The new AC is especially wonderful with the 100+ degree days in Texas right now. Top Notch! This place by far is the best car dealership I have ever been to, it’s equivalent to a 5 Star Hotel. I flew into Dallas from New Orleans where my salesman had everything ready to go just as we discussed over the phone, no tricks, no gimmicks, no add-ons. These guys were straightforward, honest, and utmost professional. The price was right but the professionalism of Park Place Lexus is what truly sold the vehicle.
