I have been waiting on a recall to be fixed on my RX330 for a year and a half (no exaggeration)! I took my vehicle in to Park Place on July 28th 2015 for a dash board recall and every time I call to check the status except for this last time I have been given a time frame. The last time I called, I was told don't call us; we'll call you! I am in new home sales and if our warranty department said that to our buyers, we would be out business. This is very disappointing coming from a luxury car dealership.
Darren S was awesome. Stayed in touch throughout the process and was very personable and not pushy. Spoke to the manager who was extremely friendly and accomodating. The best part is they back the blue!! Thanks guys. ��
I buy new cars every 3+ years but never had the excellent service Tony Acosta provided. This is my first Lexus purchase but won't be my last. Ask for Tony!!!!

Took my LS460 on for oil change and coolant flush service. All "appeared" to be good until I started to replace air filters. When I removed the covers on the motor I found that the service tech broke one of them and then gloobed glue on it instead of owning up to breaking it. This is disingenuous. It should have been replaced. Called the dealer. Left a message for one of the managers but have not received a call back. Figures.
