I'm arriving at the conclusion that this dealership just doesn't want to sell a vehicle. I've reached out a couple times in the last 2 mos about specs on the vehicle I'm looking for. I'm a current customer and would be trading my vehicle for the new one. Never heard back from emails/phone calls. So yesterday saw a certified vehicle I'm interested in, and decided to try chat. When I drove up to the Service area and as I let my car window down, the attendance asked me " how can I help you Ms. Howland" I asked him did you say Ms. Howland, he said yes, I asked him how did he know my name since I hadn't given it to him, he said when you cross over their threshold for serrvice they have sensors that read my vehicle ID / Owner info, pretty cool.
Bought my 1st Lexus RX350 from Tony Acosta at Park Place Plano. Have a picture of Tony with my precious rescue dog, Oreo. Tony treated us great and we still stay in touch. Treat my dog right and we'll get along well. Lol.
Very disappointing. Left work early to drop off my vehicle for body repairs after making an appointment this morning and confirming that a loaner would be available. Arrived to find that whoever made the appointment was not authorized to do so and they could not help me in spite of the confirmation email I showed them. Zero accountability for their mistake and zero effort to make it right.
The service was amazing and friendly. They were very busy but I still felt like I was a priority. Would highly recommend!
