I agree with much of what I've read here. Perhaps they haven't learned that most of our car buying experience is now online. We research and we have access to so much information and options. Don't treat me like a fool or idiot when I show up with real dollars that keep your doors open. Lastly, respect me for having half a brain, at least. I just want to give a huge thanks to Scott Gillett in the service department. He's been my service advisor for 2 years now and has always been so wonderful to work with but today he really stood out above the rest.
