Awful receptionists and spoke to me like a child which made me very cross. No call back after submitting a request online for an appointment. They said they called me but I never received a call or voicemail and implied I am the one lying. Refused to see me at the actual surgery and wanted to send me to the surgery attached in jamaica road. Staff are always very friendly, welcoming and professional.
Friendly reception always, always polite. When you need an urgent appointment, call at 8am. Drs and nurses are really nice. Only had one period when I needed specialist care and felt let down. When I expressed this, things improved. Follow up is good when on meds. Been a patient there 22 years now.
