Very disappointed with the service I received from a nurse today. I left feeling unheard, unsupported and truthfully quite anxious to visit again due to feeling like an inconvenience and stupid. I have decided to leave this surgery and join a different GP surgery.

Very sad to be leaving Park Lane Surgery after many years. The quality and care is constantly worsening and getting an appointment is like digging for gold. It was once a brilliant Surgery, the best in the area, but sadly no more.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Went to reception today to be greeted by a sour faced receptionist who had a very bad attitude. I have no problem with what she had to say but her delivery and attitude were terrible. I’ve been at the practice over 35 years and I’ve never had a problem before. Either retrain or replace. She is not an asset to the surgery.
I had an appointment with the nurse, Emily, for my son to have his injections. She was incredible, friendly, calm and quick. Just what we needed when he wasn't a happy bunny. She printed off a certificate, gave stickers to him and his brother and explained everything. Wonderful lady.
