Just moved to Bagshot. The previous GP was not bad but hadn’t felt the caring from their heart. Really impressed by Park House Surgery. Input my symptoms on the website and just several mins later received a call to book an appointment. Dr Gordon is brilliant, so warm and patient answering my many questions with smile on her face.

Reception woman on the phone now with shocking customer service, patronising and rude. I have to make a complaint. People not trained adequately to be able to communicate effectively with patients who are ill/ vulnerable should not be allowed to work in these fields. Patients want to speak to compassionate and well trained staff, not sociopaths.

One of the worst GPs I’ve been too. I had made an appointment to see a gp for a medical issue I had. It was a female doctor I saw, and she prescribed me £50 worth of medication after perforating very invasive examination on me. What was worse than wasting £50 on medication that didn’t work? She misdiagnosed me, which resulted in me having to have emergency surgery. At the hospital I was told it was very obvious what was wrong and it should have never been misdiagnosed.
