Wanted to view the home after an exam for a relative who may need care in the near future. I had parked in the designated car park and when I returned I was greeted with an unkind fellow who owned a black landrover (adamant is the owner of the home) who told me to “get lost” and to “never park here again”. Will not even consider viewing this home after being intimidated like so. If that’s the care I receive god forbid what the residents receive….
