Recently joined this practice, cannot fault reception staff or doctors, excellent care from them all, keep up the good work
I had the misfortune to speak to a receptionist on the telephone about an appointment. She was patronising, unhelpful and unpleasant. Very disappointing because I have found the standard of care to be generally good.
I have been with this surgery for around 20years. I wouldn’t change for any other. I always manage to get appointments, the doctors are all lovely, I have always received the best care and the receptionists have always been polite & helpful. I can’t understand the bad reviews.
