As a new patient I felt very comfortable in your office. I was greeted immediately in a warm inviting manner, that same professionalism remained throughout my visit. This is helpful in that people often dread dental visits because they fear aggressiveness in their mouth. My dental hygienist thoroughly cleaned my teeth in a painless manner. Thank you!
I use to use another dentist that was average. Once I set foot in Dr. Konz and Dr.Lacy's office they are a step above everyone else. I won't go anywhere else for my dental needs....
Dr. Konz is the best Dentist I've ever had, not only does she take time to explain everything & suggests specific things to do, but she genuinely cares about each patient. On top of that her staff is the same, very friendly & are always interested in each patient.

Always a great experience, if my 16 year old doesn't mind the dentist, you know they're doing something right.
From hot paraffin baths for your hands, to choice of TV channel to whether you want a heating pad for your neck, Dr. Konz makes every attempt to make dental visits as comfortable and stress-free as possible. All the staff are truly focused on customer service and making the experience as pleasant as possible. And of utmost importance Dr. Konz and her team are excellent health care providers!
