I have severe dentist phobia. I started going to Dr. Konz several years ago after avoiding the dentist for about 8 years. Dr. Konz and her whole staff made me feel so relaxed and welcome. They explained everything they were doing and kept making sure I felt calm and had no pain. Due to an illness I didn't go back there for about 2 years. Dr. Konz and Dee Marie are so nice and make me feel so welcome.
Dental hygienist gives excellent care and cleaning. Always keeps me informed about my dental cleaning. Love the warm neck wrap, dark glasses and TV giving me comfort during my cleaning.
It felt like a spa rather than a dentist's office - clean, tranquil and welcoming space. The staff are friendly, patient and understanding. I had a super clean and was made to feel completely at ease! Will definitely be referring this practice to my friends and family!
